- Financial Aid Application for Graduate Students 2024-25 (electronic form)
Required for students seeking any form of assistance for Summer 2024, Fall 2024 and/or Spring 2025
- Graduate Grant Application 2024-25
Used in conjunction with the FAFSA to determine eligibility for possible grant funding. For full-time on-ground students only. The parent application is required for unmarried students under the age of 26.

- Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loan Request 2024-25 (PDF)
Required for students who wish to take out a Direct Graduate PLUS loan for Summer 2024. Students applying for Fall 2024 and/or Spring 2025 can apply after June 15.
- Authorization to Release Information for 2024-25 (PDF)
Authorizes the Graduate Financial Aid and One Stop Office to share financial information to a third party (for example, a parent, spouse or friend)
- Financial Aid Application for Graduate Students 2023-24 (electronic form)
Required for students seeking any form of assistance for Summer 2023, Fall 2023 and/or Spring 2024
